Shark Industries sells AI skills and configurations ("Products") via the Claw Mart marketplace. By purchasing a Product, you agree to these terms.
A license to use the skill for your own personal or commercial AI agent deployments. You may use it on as many of your own systems as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it as your own work.
A guarantee of results. AI systems are probabilistic. Our skills are built and tested on our own production infrastructure, but results will vary depending on your setup, model, and configuration.
We offer a 7-day refund on any purchase, no questions asked. Email tony@sharkindustries.ai with your order details.
We continue using our own skills in production. When we improve them, updates are included at no extra cost.
Products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our products. By using them, you accept full responsibility for how you deploy them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
